[ef væri ég] 2026

Sýningin [ef væri ég] var opnuð í maí 2026 í SIND gallery í Reykjavik.

The exhibition [if I were] was opened in May 2026 in Reykjavik. In this exhibition, I take my drawings drawings to glass and exhibits works on windows found in the attic of my new home.

“I saw this as a window into the consciousness of a punk poet where the poems become colors and forms. A window within a window with light and shadow.
Windows that are a kind of mapping of life — time, beauty and the birds in the garden on the other side of our street.
In this there is something new and ancient, like cave paintings that hold the knowledge of history in symbols that you bring us in the style of dusk in old frames to gaze into — they once showed the world outside — now a whole world within.

ég sá þetta sem glugga inn í vitund pönkskalds þar sem ljóðin verða að litum og formum. Gluggi í glugga með ljósi og skugga. 
gluggar sem eru eins konar kortlagning á lífinu— tímanum, fegurðinni og fuglunum í garðinum hinum megin við götuna okkar. 
Í þessu er eitthvað nýtt og fornt, eins og hellamálverk sem geymir þekkingu sögunnar í táknum sem þú færir okkur í hámóðins stíl í gömlum römmum til að rýna í – þeir sýndu áður heiminn fyrir utan – núna heilan heim fyrir innan. 
Frumlegt og fallegt.
